at2120 tonight 22/01 all my 4 channels went down. This happens too often for my liking. What is the problem with the Dover town aerial

I live in Walmer, deal and reception is terrible. I am being forced to go to SKY, why is this such a problem? My aerial is roof mounted and pointing in the right direction. My signal used to be fine but over the last month is very, very bad. Also my free view is unwarchable.
