My BT Vision box reception for ITV & ch4 is showing low on nil signal quality, the signal strength is shown 56% about the same as the BBC channels which also have 80 - 100% signal quality. Is there any problem with the digital signal in the Durham area ?

Poor digital signal only on channels 3 4 and 5 screen just flickers have reset the tv but no luck the ariel is on the roof
