I am struggling with MuxD channels.

I am in a mill conversion (100 flats). Using humax freeview. Reception is fine except that last year I lost MuxD. This year it returned for three months and now it has gone again!

The channels are there but it says not enough signal. I am aware that Winter Hill has strengthened MuxD recently, but why should they go again?
What can I do?
