Divis (Northern Ireland) Full-Freeview transmitter

From the 'before and after' tranmission frequencies above it looks like Divis and the other N. Ireland transmitters are currently transmitting all 6 muxes, but will only transmit 3 after switchover. Surely this can't be right, as it's mentioned elsewhere that if you currently receive all freeview channels you'll continue to do so after switchover?
