hi, i have followed all 3 sets of instructions but still have no signal through my sky+ box OR my freesat box. i live on the 11th floor of a block of flats and seem to be the only person with this issue. i can get terestrial tv but that´s it, just channels 1 - 5. my freeview in the other room running on an indipendant aerial is fine. i have checked all my cables, connectors etc but cannot check the dish as it is shared and on the roof of the 15 floor building. do you have any clues, it was all fine until about 10 days ago. thanks.
ps, it also state that there is no default transponder. i have reset everything to default but still i have no signal what so ever!!! surely 2 different types of freesat boxes, one a couple of years old and one only a month old cannot both break at the same time. thanks for any help.
