I cannot receive BBC One West channel 61 from Mendip but get BBC South West channel 26 from Stockland instead. Please, how do I get the correct channel 61?

Can someone advise me please? Am at Bristol area. Can no longer receive Freeview Channel 59 (Yesterday). Get 'No Signal' message. Have performed recommended retune procedure (less RF-In, with RF-In coax)on my Humax PVR.
