I have recently been receiving reception issues, all the HD channels are fine but all others are erratic, the channels I am having problems with always have 99% signal quality but signal strength fluctuates between 0% and 100%, you don't lose picture when the issue is occurring just lots of freezing and horrible popping noises. (The HD channels that never cause any issues always have an 89% signal quality and 42% strength)

I live 10 miles from Winter Hill and have a clear view to the transmitter, my arial is communal and serves 8 flats (Though everyone else i have spoken to in here seems to use sky), its all worked perfectly for the last 3 years.
