Hello,
I would like to know if there will be a OAD for Panasonic TUCT20 boxes. Marked DVB Signal source DVB-T. We have two of these which cost £100 new and both are now jumbled or have missing channels since rescanning recently.
(Mendip transmitter).

Sony tv with freeview only has 'auto update' but seems fine with 101 channels. Wharfedale STB only has Quest missing and five has returned. We've always been able to get 5 but has been missing for several weeks. Mendip transmitter.

So all of us who bought HD ready tv's now have to spend another £150 for a box, you must be joking ! No thanks !

Two tv's retuned this morning in Bath, working fine all channels as before. Did first time installation, all BBC channels and Sky news receiving full signal :o)
No problems with switchover high on a hill with a lonely goatherd here in Bath ;o) two tvs on two separate loft aerials. Channels up to radio 728.
In BA1 one of my tv's with freeview built in is ok, has sky sports 1 and 2 and itv3 but another with a wharfedale STB has lost itv3 and doesn't have sky 1 and 2 and some channels have gone into the 800's, some say no signal. Will have another go later, maybe:o(

Brian, thanks, I have cleared the channels etc., at least 4 times today and comparing the tv with built in freeview which is ok with the one with the STB, this one has loads of channels missing, itv3, QVC, Gold, itv2+1, fiver, five usa, espn, Quest, sky sports 1, sky sports 2, Gems, Citv. I've checked the STB software is up to date. Wharfedale STB was new at last retune. At least we have all the main channels we use :o)

I've just emailed itv.comsupport@itv.com <itv.comsupport@itv.com> and asked them to pass to the relevant department, will let you know if they reply.

The retune message is appearing on screen, probably best to ignore it ? Apart from missing channels, itv1+1 Wales for us now, in Bath.

I have retuned again this morning mainly because the weather is much improved today from the gloom of the past week. Our tv with STB now has all the missing channels back in place. Has itv1+1 but not Sky Sports1 or SS2. I would guess this is down to work at the transmitter rather than the weather though. Post Code BA1
