How can I get Channel 5 on Sky in Ireland?

Hi, I have spent hours trying to insert the new frequencies, tr. etc. for Channel five to be viewed in Italy via satellite receiver. I have always received channel five in the past and in fact had it until last night. Also last night it seemed to superimpose E4...
Today I just got some audio, no image, and when I input all the new codes and search I just get "No channel found".
Any help please? Thanks
