PickTV has some good programs. Unfortunately they do not seem to be able to master the art of subtitles. I have just watched the first Stargate Universe tonight and started to watch the second but - NO subtitles. All the other episodes, so far. have them. Being hard of hearing I have to use subtitles. This happens with a lot of the Freeview channels (along with Sky and Virgin), so Pick TV is not alone!! Please, please can something be done about this.
