Winter Hill (Bolton, England) digital TV transmitter

I've always had excellent reception from the Winter Hill transmitter - large outdoor aerial. On Friday 4 November I completely lost all the ITV channels and those in the same group and they still haven't come back. It's as if Winter Hill isn't transmitting on full power. Very frustrating.
