Hi until a week ago i could recieve tiny pop via satelite astra 2a/2b, its now not there anymore, can you shine some light on this for me as my girls are missing itHi Tony Quayle,
You must be using a fta reciever & not a genuine freesat or sky one that update automatic, You need to do a retune to get these channels back.

Hello. I could see it from Spain as tony quayle says but now I cannot receive the signal with a 80 cm dish. What should I do? Is it just a question of getting a bigger dish or I can do something else? Thank you Hi Lorenzo,
Just do a retune/ channel scan & you should be ok if that dosent work you may need a larger dish, I could receive it in Bulgaria on a 2.2m dish when the change happened. You should not need any thing so big in spain, but do the retune first as it could save you some money !

I have followed all of the advice above and tried to do a ressan etc but I am still unable to get tinypop.
I am in southern France with an 80 dish.
Does anyone have any other advice?
I have even tried to add channels manually using the

2/3Kylee: Are you missing any other channels? KyleeSaturday 5 November 2011 2:45PM
Yes all the other channels that are associated with 11307.Kylee: Very odd. If you were missing "half of your total channels" it would be obvious, or whole satellites full, but a single transponder is odd. KyleeMonday 7 November 2011 2:07PM
Kylee: OK , so what do I need to do to get the transponder back?
Kylee: If I knew I would have posted it. briteMonday 23 January 2012 11:32AM

I also live in Spain and have had the same problem. I tried changing the 80 cm dish to 1 meter. The problem still persits. The reception quality of the rest of the channels is exceptional (BBC 1,2,3; ITV, Ch 4, Ch 5, film 4, film 4, 4more, etc).SimonWednesday 31 October 2012 11:17PM
Hi there, from the comments above I assume that I cannot get tiny pop unless I have a dish?
