Before Christmas in December I watched part of a PICKTV programme from Burnley in Lancashire where there was a problem with a shared foot path. One person claiming to own it all. I understand that there was a court case and his claim was rejected. Can you give me the details of the court case please?

Pick TV has disappeared from my freeview listings. It was channel 11. There is now no channel 11 even after a rescan.Sheila.First of all you did not leave a full postcode,without this information we cannot be of much assistance to you.Second Pick TV which you mentioned has disappeared from programme channel 11 (ArqA multiplex),is still there according to my freeview box,as i just checked it myself minutes earlier. karanThursday 19 January 2012 10:10AM

why on emergency with angela griffin,is the ambulance driver ,driving so fast through built up villages and towns blowing is horn like a road rage driver,only to arrive at seen of accident to find 2 more ambulances there and casualty on spine board in back of ambulance which must of been there 20 mins before him. my point is why are they not told to stand down from emergency when other crews are there and casualty is stable. i respect all 999 services but i see this so often with police arriving at sean with about another 6 cars already there .no need to drive reckless even with lights and sirens going,some one old will not hear themEmmaTuesday 28 February 2012 5:11PM
Will PickTV ever be available on Freesat?Emma: My guess is "no" because it is owned by BSkyB and it is available on "Freesat from Sky". It is in BSkyB's interest not to have different channels on Freesat from Sky to that of Freesat; that is competition for you. Alan: Check whether you have BBC Points West news on BBC One, or whether you're getting Wales.
If you're getting Wales, your box is probably one of those that stores the first version of the channels that it finds, rather than the best version, and therefore it may have stored the Pick TV service from Wales, which is predicted to be poor. See Digital Region Overlap for thoughts on how to fix this.
You could alternatively be getting the BBC Spotlight (south-west) news service from Stockland Hill. Though the prediction is better than for Wenvoe if the aerial is aimed that way, the signal strength of Wenvoe is more likely to be better if the aerial points to Mendip. Much the same applies.

Great, just sat down to watch to my Saturday night tv of the Modern Family omnibus, but oh where is it?????? It's bad enough that mainline channels alter things because of football etc but you've taken it off for......... the 50th repeat of a Customs UK episode, thanx for that!!!! Just scrolled through tv guide on tv & fantastic, it's on at 8.30AM Sunday morning, the one morning most of UK gets a lie in!
Come on, it's Saturday night & you have a fab series you can re run for people who can't see it during the week & you replace it with something thats been repeated so many times I can tell you whats going to happen in it within 2 mins of it starting.
Yet another series i've started to watch & never get to see fully, thanx for that Pick Tv, good job i'm not that bothered about The Middle, 6.30AM? Really????

PickTV has some good programs. Unfortunately they do not seem to be able to master the art of subtitles. I have just watched the first Stargate Universe tonight and started to watch the second but - NO subtitles. All the other episodes, so far. have them. Being hard of hearing I have to use subtitles. This happens with a lot of the Freeview channels (along with Sky and Virgin), so Pick TV is not alone!! Please, please can something be done about this.DIANASunday 17 June 2012 11:50AM

I am having the same trouble as sheila, as I can access Pick TV after I rescan. I later discovered it had vanished again after turning my TV off for a few hours. I then had to rescan to get the channel back, then surprisingly it dissapeared again when my TV was switch off, and then back on. What is going on?jb38Tuesday 19 June 2012 11:17PM
Colin Needle: If you have been carrying out frequent rescans then its possible that your TV's tuner memory is trying to store more channels than its capable of doing hence they are lost on switching off, carry out a factory reset, this sometimes called a "default setting" on your TV then follow this by another rescan.
Should though this be found not to have made any difference then a post code (or one from nearby) will be required, this being for purposes of assessing the signal level you are liable to be receiving. BrianWednesday 20 June 2012 8:54PM
I agree with Marc. I also enjoyed the brilliant comedies of Modern Family and The Middle at 8pm every week day when all of a sudden the shows disappeared from that timeslot and were relocated to 9am. If there is a good reason surely a solution would be to repeat them in the evening? In the meantime, sorry Pick but you've lost a viewer!!Hello,
Everynight for the past few weeks, myself and my family sit down to watch 'the middle' and 'modern family' at 20:00, I was wondering why it has changed to 09:00, and if it will be back on at 20:00 continuing on from episode 13, please could you tell me why?

I'm very dissapointed and a little confused at how this channel always finishes the 'biggest looser USA' right before the end!! This has just happened again, (3pm-4pm on the 24th June) it was the episode when the contestants had to pull a car around the NASCAR circuit and just before you found out who was going to win you ended the programme - at 3:50!! Why has Voyager stopped in the middle of a series. it initially started mid way into the series ran for a few weeks then stopped. there are 12 seasons of star trk voyager and it stoped on 2! although if you look at the season guide it say that BASICS PART 2 is on season 3. but i dont think it was fair to replace star trek and i miss the borg... well hell! on star trek voyager so far we have not seen a single drone! i want to get to atleased season 4 to see 7 of 9!
