I cannot find the new "Really" channel on either Rowridge nor Salisbury, despite re-tuning my Humax box. Anyone else having the same problem?Cathy GillespieSunday 11 December 2011 11:20AM
You have been showing 'Grey's Anatomy' from the beginning and now series 2 is coming to an end. I have my recorder set to pick up this series, but series 3 does not seem to be available yet. Will you be showing it shortly as I don't want to b eleft in suspense?
Thanks

I have just set up BT Vision. Prior to doing this I got freeview through my TV. Suddenly I have a pixellated picture on 'Really' and 'E4+1' (not sure if any others are affected yet). The Chichester digital switchover was yesterday so I have retuned but it has not made any difference. Any tips on improving the picture on these channels or anybody having the same problem?Paul R.Thursday 8 March 2012 5:59PM
Wokingham Hi
I live in RG40 3LG Finchampstead, Wokingham and since the second switchover day of Hannington I have lost a number of channels the most common that I used to use being Smooth Radio. Should this be the case? and if so are there plans for those staions to re-appear? I have re-tuned several times and ther has been no pick-up of the 'lost' stations.jb38Thursday 8 March 2012 11:36PM
Chester Paul R.: The reception predictor when used on the code provided indicates that ArqB the multiplex used by Smooth radio, as only being with the status of variable until April 4th, this being most likely why its not been picked up.
However you might possibly pick it up by carrying out a manual tune on ArqB's Mux Ch47, although in most cases its always best to scrub everything stored then carry out a manual tune on the elusive channel first, then use the scan for additional channels facility or whatever its called on the device you are using to recover the remaining muxes.SuzanneThursday 14 June 2012 3:45PM
Eastbourne I live in Eastbourne and since the final switch over have No 5* or 5USA[channels 30 and 31].Everything else seems ok.Any ideas why?TechyThursday 2 August 2012 4:12PM
Bristol I cannot get any of the mux1 channels cleanly. They all drop out or block. Everything was ok until about a month ago. It seems to be dependent on the weather. Nothing on my kit has been changed. Have they been muckihg about with the signal. I have twoindepdant arials one on each end of the house and both behave more or less the same. Any ideas?
