Don't shop with these people. Been waiting 3 weeks for a refund on a returned item , no joy with customer services as they have problems understanding the basic issue . Will have to go through the courts to get my money back. Never shop with these people again.

after shopping with the channels for many years,i find that many of the products can be bought cheaper on line with,lower posting costs it,s time they got their act together and realize,people are going else where and are getting better deals

Item, ingersoll marine watch gold plated,model no wb106855, purchase date 18/02/2011, fault, second finger has droped off.guarantee 60 months, I rang 0800214633 and was told I had to send proffe of perchase with the watch or thay would charge for the repair, Unfortunately I have not got the froofe of purchase document as I have disgarded it, on the guarantee it does not say I have to keep it, I have been a good buyer from price drop in the past, Can you help me?.
