From Wikipedia: From its launch until the closure of ITV Digital it was available as a bonus subscription channel. It became part of the Top Up TV subscription scheme until 27 May 2005, when the channel became available on Freeview, with the potential to increase advertising revenue by attracting a larger audience. Welling I am unable to connect to E4 on freeview. I have a freeview box in my bedroom and am using an indoor aerial, is this why I am unable to pick up E4, although I am able to pick up E4+1Ken MSaturday 5 January 2008 9:49PM
I am unable to connect to E4 on free view. I don't have a free view box in my home or an indoor aerial, is this why I am unable to pick up E4, I am unable to pick up E4+1 I refuse to buy a TV so why can't I get it on my computer please forward to other tv stations, adverts could be put on the progs all the same, maybe even fixed to computer addresses, after all who actually control's the 'net i.e. A scotmans computer may have the prefix 26.22.234.xxx whereas mine may have the prefix of 21.22.234.xxx it wouldn't be ok to show adverts for edinburo' tyre in somerset, then there is always the obligatory fill in your details to get to watch E4 here, then you have the directed adverts addressesStevenThursday 23 October 2008 8:24AM

I have tuned my freeview tv, but the only channels i get are some bbc channels. How do i get all of the entertainment channels , like e4, Dave, film4 and so on?

Melody: Its quite impossible for anyone to assist unless you provide your location, this in the form of a post code or one from nearby (a shop / pub etc) as the signal levels expected in your area cannot be assessed without this info, plus you may even reside in a Freeview "light" area where only PSB services are broadcast. (PSB being BBC / ITV1 / HD) updates
