please can you give me a reason why on channel 36 on my bt vision tv guide it says no information availiable on normal tv it states what the listing for the days viewing is Bob Overy: It's probably a issue with the BT Vision EPG. Can you do a "full time reset" on the box. I love Creareandcraft.TV as the best and economic shopping channel in this country.

I cannot get C&C on either the Freeview box (says there is no signal) or our main TV which is Virgin cable. Can anyone tell me why or how to get it?Sue Orchard: Please see the box at the top of the page for details of channel numbers.

I live in the north of England and all channels went digital on the 26th now I cant get channel 36 on my freeview tv, all other channels are ok, any answer to this problem..Christine: That is strange. Freeview services are transmitted in groups known as multiplexes. Each multiplex is a single signal and the usual problem is that one multiplex is not being received which means that all services on that multiplex are missing.

Can you help me?? Am 74 years of age and after being widowed 2 years ago bought a Spellbinders machine etc from Create and Craft. Also lots of materials from you. Suddenly the end of the handle has broken off
and I cannot use the machine. My customer no. is 6619255. I would truly appreciate
