just had a phone call from customer service stating that you have not got the 7 peice copper based dome pan set,sorry but your web page, staing on the 24th of june at 10.08 you have a quantity of 70. so why have i just had a phone call stating they are out of stock and im been refunded 28 pound something to me. i am a customer who bidded and won this product at the price of that night and you have 70 in stock but im being told you have got none. the set you sent me had 5 pans all different 3 lids all different to me thisa is a scam. if some one wishes to speak to me as reguards this fiddle as you may be able to explain why you have a quantity of 70 on auction on the 24th at 10.08 2008 bid tv have my name as same email as been sent to them

Report this messagebid-up.tv have rung me 6 times in the last 2 days,mostly ringing then putting the phone down when i answer,one chap did talk to me and asked for my pin code and security question when i refused to give it to him he put the phone down on me,then the next phone call came at 1.27AM,i told them to cancel my order as i was extemely annoyed at their time of call, i explained about the chap who had rung me earlier in the day and at the end of the conversation she just paused and said "what",so i told her goodbye and hung up

Report this messageI have a Philips PVR that uses GuidePlus+ solely as it's EPG. The Guideplus+ information is downloaded overnight from a specific channel host when the machine is left in standby. It used to be broadcast on ITV analogue which worked without a hitch until the analogue switch off. I have since heard rumours that the Guideplus+ information is now broadcast on the Bid TV channel (on MuxA) but so far have not managed to successfully download (rendering my PVR pretty much useless). Can anyone confirm that the Bid TV channel does actually broadcast this information and also (if it does) whether it makes a difference if you get the signal directly from the main transmitter or via a smaller relay transmitter if you are not in clear sight of the main transmitter. I live in Exeter (Stockland Hill is the main transmitter) and don't know if I am direct to it or pick up signal via a relay which could be the cause of the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated to avoid loss of hair through overlly head scrathing! Thank you.

At 1.00am the following morning the whole house was awakened by one of your staff in the Philippines calling to confirm the order. Receiving no reply they called again at 1.15am. What right have they to call at that time? I have had no response to my calls to customer services or FAX to MD.

Report this messageI have bought numerous items from Bid Tv over the last three months, mostly jewellery items. Many of the silver jewellery items were intended as gifts or to wear at a later date. Yesterday I discovered that a couple of the "sterling silver" items which I had stored awat in a jewellery box and had not even worn yet, had turned black. When I phoned Bid TV I was informed that as I bought them three months ago they would not refund me, as the warranty is just for two months. Any advise on where to go from here?
