Only three multiplexes after switchover

This page shows the places in the UK where, after the switchover is complete, will be served by a transmitter that only transmits THREE of the six Freeview multiplexes.

Red area

These areas are those which form the 8.5% of the UK's population who will receive only THREE of the multiplexes. If you receive your TV by pointing at one of these transmitters, you MAY be able to point at another main Freeview transmitter to get all six multiplexes. This diagram shows the places where the strongest signals will come from a transmitter with only three multiplexes.
