Hi. I note your page says that Channel 36 is not used for Tv but for Radar - and is also due to be deallocated from Tv by Ofcom.

I have an old games machine [Commodore C64] that is allocated to CH36 with no means of retuning it to a different channel. [ I believe CH36 used to be allocated exclusively for games machines etc?]

Is it still legal to use these now and how will I get on when CH36 is deallocated from TV?

Since the switch over the main channels have terrible signal strength and quality. I've tried moving the aerial In the loft and it makes no difference.
Ch 30/37 have good strength and perfect quality.
Ch 24/27 have poor strength and quality. Unwatchable.
Ch 33 no channels found.

I thought the point was to improve the quality as well as free up space for HD.

Andy2801: Chs 30 & 37 are still on low power from Rowridge - they will increase on 18th April.
Chs 24 & 27 are on high power, which suggests you may have overload (either at a masthead amplifier or a distribution amplifier).
If that's the case, you'll find reception on chs 30 & 37 will become "unwatchable" after mid April.
