Whilst revising the mapping pages, I have made a small change to the maps to improve the legibility.

I have change the map display (as provided by Google Mapping API) to use the "roadmap" style, rather than the "terrain" maps.

However, to ensure that the maps do not clash with the overlays, I have modified them to make them monochrome. They now look like:



This is useful on the colourful analogue radio and DAB maps.

I have a Digihome Top Up TV PVR and when I record films that are transmitted in two parts, because a news programme is shown in the middle, I always miss part of the film and, almost always, get most or all of the news programme. Is there a way to sort this problem?

Neville Wake: You would normally have to set both parts of the film to record in the EPG, if it split into two parts with another programme in the way.

It's been a while since I looked in here,and I must say that the maps are greatly improved. I can tell in an instant that my motorhome will have no chance of getting a useful signal (nth of Ware) and can stop fiddling about and get back to facebook :)
